Unused concept for the 2017 Housing Authority’s Annual Report. With an emphasis on its historic impact and value, the cover features a collage of clippings from newspaper articles going back to the 1930s, when the Housing Opportunity Managing Enterprises (HOME) was created. The publication is designed to work specifically in black and white, and on a mix of uncoated paper and newsprint as a solution to the request of economizing on printing costs.
